	Job Description
	Responsible for soliciting residential mortgages from various sources including realtors, builders, financial professionals, past customers and other nontraditional sources; produces high quality loans which meet HMC guidelines while providing excellent customer service. Duties may include:  * Develops knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, underwriting requirements, and conventional and government loan requirements  * Produces high quality loans which meet Home Mortgage Corporation guidelines while providing excellent customer service  * Develop relationships with real estate professionals, builders and other business referral sources  * Understand real estate appraisals, title reports and real estate transactions  * Informs, prospective and existing customers of HMC's programs, rates, policies, underwriting requirements, and loan procedures  * Analyzes detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk  * Receives customer applications, quotes the rate and points, and completes follow-up activities with the registration lock-in  * Develops and maintains a high degree of visibility for HMC in the marketplace  * Perform miscellaneous duties as needed and required
	Minimum Qualifications
	* BA Business degree or related experience  * 1+ years mortgage loan origination experience  * Ability to thoroughly comprehend underwriting guidelines, as well as programs, policies and procedures  * Ability to effectively communicate these to others  * Excellent written and oral communications skills  * Demonstrated leadership, team building skills and a successful track record
